The daily run
Regina to Minot and back, every weekday
One scheduled truck, one border crossing, every weekday. This is the backbone of the company and the cheapest way to move freight between southeast Saskatchewan and North Dakota.
Southbound freight is picked up in Regina through the morning and rides the truck south around noon, arriving in Minot the same day. Northbound freight is collected in Minot and delivered in Estevan or Regina the next business day, with Weyburn stops on request. U.S. parcel and parts pickups from Minot vendors ride the same truck.

How PARS and PAPS workQuestions
Things shippers ask us
Not covered here? Call dispatch and ask.
When does the daily run leave?
The truck leaves Regina around noon on weekdays. Have your freight ready in the morning and it goes the same day. Later bookings can usually be worked in, but call to confirm.
Do you handle the customs paperwork?
Yes. Send us the commercial invoice and we coordinate the PARS or PAPS entry with your customs broker, prepare the e-manifest and confirm clearance before the truck reaches North Portal. If you do not have a broker, we will introduce you to one.
How fast can a hotshot leave?
Usually within the hour, any time of day or night. Dispatch will give you a real departure time when you call, not a guess.
What can and cannot go on the truck?
General dry freight: pallets, crates, cartons, parts, equipment. We do not carry dangerous goods, refrigerated or frozen freight, livestock or personal household moves. If you are unsure, ask and we will tell you straight.
Where do you stop between Regina and Minot?
The scheduled truck serves Regina, Estevan, North Portal and Minot. Weyburn and other businesses close to Highway 39 (Milestone, Yellow Grass, Midale, Bienfait) can be added to the run on request.
Can you pick up my online order from a U.S. address?
Yes. Have it shipped to a Minot-area depot or vendor, send us the tracking and the invoice, and we will bring it across on the daily run with the customs entry done.
Is my freight insured?
Yes. We carry full cargo insurance valid in both Canada and the U.S. Tell us the declared value when you book and we will confirm coverage.
How do I pay?
E-transfer, cheque or credit card. Regular shippers are invoiced on account at the end of the month.
